Ingredients

1 egg

100 grams of sugar

100 grams of butter

2 tablespoon of yoghurt

330 grams of floor

1 teaspoon of baking powder

2 tablespoons of honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

STEP 1

In a large bowl mix, the egg with sugar until the sugar has melted.

Add the butter (temperature room) yoghurt, flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix all the ingredients until you get a dough that is not hard and non-sticky.

Leave the dough to rest in the fridge for 15-20 min.

STEP 2

Separate the dough into three pieces. The dough is slightly crumbly, which will later make the biscuits crispy. I make the dough sheet about 3-5 mm thick.

STEP 3 

Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius degrees, then place the biscuits in the oven for 10-12 minutes. You will know that they are ready when the cookies become golden.

You can enjoy the biscuits with a cup of coffee or milk that combines the perfect taste. Don’t forget to Leave some for Santa !!!
