If you ever feel the need to reinvent yourself or you need an elegant dinner party main a juicy and tender pork fillet is easy-to-cook meat that can satisfy any gourmand.
Pork tenderloin – 0.800- 1.00 kg.
Salt – 1 spoon.
Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon.
Ground coriander – 1 spoon.
BBQ sauce – 4-6 spoons.
Paprika – 1 teaspoon.
Mix in a glass or a cup the BBQ sauce, coriander, paprika, salt and black pepper.
Pour the marinade on the meat and massage it gently to spread the marinade over the meat. Leave the meat in the fridge until the next day.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius.
In the meantime, I tie the meat with a thin rope as tight as possible
In this way, the meat will be juicy and soft in the middle.
