Are you fancy trying a new recipe? Pork, onion, beer, coriander this is a winning combination. A lot of people like pork steaks as they are easy to cook.
6 pieces of steak
1 spoon salt
1 spoon of ground coriander
black pepper – half teaspoon
Basil – one teaspoon
White wine or beer – to cover the meat
BBQ sauce – 4 spoons
Clean the onion and cut the onion in julienne style.
Pun on the meat salt, onion, basil, coriander, black pepper.
Place the meat in a bowl with onions layers between the meat.
Turn the wine or beer to cover the meat( this time, I will use beer). Cover the bowl with a lid or a food film.
I recommend keeping the meat in wine or beer at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. The longer you marinate your steak in beer, the more tender the steak will be.
Now it is time to add colour, flavour and of course taste to our steaks.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Place on pan aluminium foil. Arrange the steaks on it.
Place the meat to bake in the oven for 40 min.
After 40 minutes when the steaks are ready, take them out of the oven and grease the meat with bbq sauce. Place the steaks back in the oven for another 3 – 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
This pork steaks will be perfect combined with a salad recipe that you can find on my blog.
Enjoy your meal.
