The Best Homemade Pancakes From Scratch.
Easy, American-style, fluffy pancakes are great for feeding a crowd at breakfast or brunch. I love them so much, and my children are enjoying them.
I tried many recipes, but I feel I have discovered the best one!

Eggs – 4
Milk – 250 millilitres
Floor -210 grams
Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
Sugar – 3 spoons
Oil – 3 spoons
A crack of salt
HOW TO MAKE BUTTERMILK PANCAKES
First of all, separate the egg white from the yolk and place them in separate bowls.
Mix the egg whites until they become a dense and stable foam. Now you can add the sugar and mix for another 1 minute. And keep it separate for now.
In another bowl, mix the yolks with a crack of salt until they become white or a pale yellow colour.
After that, you add milk and oil. Mix the ingredients, add the flour and baking powder, continue to mix until the flour is incorporated. Mix until the composition does not have any lumps in it.
Add the white foam from the first bowl in the composition from step 3 and mix them gently with a wooden spoon or a spatula. Mix gently not to destroy the foam air bubbles as it will make the pancakes to be fluffy and soft.
Set a frying pan over medium heat and carefully wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper.
Please wait for the pancakes to start bubbling before flipping them. They won’t be ready to flip before they start to bubble.
When hot, cook the pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden.
The trick to getting golden brown pancakes is cooking them on the right heat setting. Use low or medium on your griddle or skillet, never cook pancakes on high heat.
Top the pancakes with something sweet like a jam or syrup (maple syrup), fruit, chocolate or ice cream.
