Homemade Bread

NO – KNEAD BREAD, the best bread recipe – so far.

Homemade Bread is one of my favourite foods. There is nothing like a warm slice of fresh bread served with a thick pat of butter on top. Mmmmm is so Delicious!!!

You also can go to serve this Bread with your rocked-out homemade soups and the praise will come flowing from family and friends and neighbours alike, and people are not going to be able to stop. 

The mystery of No-Knead Bread, is so and ridiculously easy to make: crusty outside, soft and chewy inside – perfect for soups!

You’re going to love it in all its crispy, air-pocketed glory.

My healthy recipe of home-baked Bread contains only four compounds: water, yeast, flour, salt.

Mix the ingredients, and just in 2 minutes, the dough is ready. Leave it overnight to rest into the fridge for the next day.

Follow the recipe step by step, DO NOT LEFT THE YEAST AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.


500 g flour

340 ml of water

1 teaspoon of dry yeast

2 teaspoons salt

Preparation steps


In a large bowl, add warm water, then add the yeast, and leave for 2 minutes.


Add flour and salt. Mix with a spoon until all the flour is incorporated. The dough should get a little soft. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate until the next day. I usually prepare the composition in the evening.


The next day, take the dough out of the fridge and turn it over on the floured work surface, spread the dough with your hands and follow the steps from my pictures.

Leave the dough at room temperature for about 1 hour.


Heat the oven well, to the maximum temperature (usually 250 ° C), and you will need to preheat also the pot and the lid.

Open the oven, and with quick movements, with a glove, lift the lid of the hot pot, lift the towel slightly and take the dough on your palm so that the bottom remains up. Place the Bread inside the pot, cover with the lid, and leave it for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, take the lid off and let the Bread for another 3 – 5 minutes.
